I had no direct contact with the Cam Bank,it was all done through my solicitor.All I know is that Cleyton Ges are not using their offices anymore and are impossible to get in touch with.Have you ever been to the developement as it is quite a while since we went down?

I have just returned from Spain after banking my deposit + interest. I was an Aramis client.My BG has been  honoured and my contract cancelled. I was on phase 2. If you have a BG you shouldnt have any trouble getting your money back. I only went to a solicitor in the middle of June and received my Cam Bank cheque via my solicitor at the beginning of August..How quick is that?So for all of you disbelievers I suggest you get a move on and do somethng about it instead of making all those disgusting comments. So again for all those disbelievers I will give you my solicitors details  David Fuster and Associates Los Alcazares. They are dealing with many clients and are aware of all the circumstances. Hope you have as much success as I have had. Solicitors costs 2.500 euros-well worth it.

Hi

I have a plot on phase 2 and have my contract for sale with 2 agents one being t and c.So far I have had no luck selling my contract on.It is stated in the contract that you can sell before completion.Due to the full page ad in this weeks Leader showing Rosanas from 215,000 euros plus solicitors fees paid what chance do we stand of selling our contracts on .Cleyton should be helping people to sell on or to complete .They are making it more difficult for us and themselves to get all these properties sold that clients cannot complete on.I would love to complete on my property but due to the long delays circumstances change

Hi We have a Rosana for sale on Finca Parcs phase 2/3. 800 SQ. M plot with 8x 4 m pool and white goods included plus usual builders spec ie central heating alarm ect.We are able to negotiate on price.Anyone out there looking for a good investment
