 I am the proud owner of an apartment in Manzana 2, which I bought with the sole intention of keeping as a long-term investment (maybe a good thing in the current market).  I visit as often as I can but due to being in the Armed Forces, this is not as often as I would like.

The reason for my post is to get some information on the proposed rail link from Fuengirola to Estepona.   I have heard that when finished it will have 14 stops (one being located to the North of Cabopino).  Does anyone know the precise location of this station?  There is no doubt that the rail link, once complete, will bring with it numerous benefits to the residents of La Reserva and increase the value of our investment/homes.  

I am fully aware of the problems with regard to the occupation licences, but I personally feel that we have nothing to worry about, we have chosen an excellent development in an excellent location with excellent potential. It is just a matter of time!
