hi all,

my solictor,  fuster associates took the bank to court about 4 times over the years, i did have bank guarantees. i had to get them released through a notary so jose could go ahead with my case without me being there.he said from day 1 he was going after the bank & not huma.

i also lost cases over the years but this is the norm,but if you have or dont have bank guarantees im sure theres not a difference, if the bank who has your money is ok.

the spanish bank which was holding my money was inventor.

hi all

i finally received my full amount back to day after fighting,in courts over 7 years,i cannot thank my solictor enough.for what hes done for me.

i wish every one of you out there the best of luck & like me i kept thinking positive & at the end of the day its a european country & you have to get your money back.

 

my solictor is FUSTER ASSOCIATES jose..he has thought my case from day 1 when he let me know the building had been stopped,he has only charged me 800euros in 7 years & never asked for a penny more.i did pay him more with the money i received back,but i still got my full amount.he was worth every penny.

hi all.just to let you know been fighting my case 6 years now & owed 120.ooo euros my solictor is fuster associates jose.

been to court 3 times lost every case but this is the norm.jose said i will get my refund by end of summer 3rd oct had email from fuster saying the bank wants to settle my case & will i except there offer..i said yes so all my money was meant to be in my account in 2/3 days,but no interest which i didnt care by then.

so days went by no news then jose e-mailed me with sad news,the spanish bank inventor revoked  the payment,inventors solictor was really annoyed by the revoke & so was my solictor jose.so month on & still hoping & paying..

they call themselves european this is so wrong

so lets hope & pray its soon

hi i bought at acc in 08,i was in formed by my solicter fuster associate that the build had stopped,& jose will fight my case i invested 120.000 euros in total plus 4.000 deposit on both propertys.

i have been to court 3/4 times & the court judgement keeps turning my case down i have only paid 800 euros to fuster so far,now jose says it will be over in a few months now as this is normal & finally the bank will give in he has won 3 cases like mine.

i did have bank guarantees & its been to the higher court of murcia now & this is as far as we go. fuster have said,so i am just hoping & praying i will get my money back soon.

i now live in north cyprus & thankgod not spain...

this has been a nightmare

hi all i have two propertys on the almanzora,& paid 114.000 euros all togeather.im still waiting on  final verdict from the courts which was march 16th 2010.i have been to court 3 times , jose said there is 3 or 4 stages & this is the final verdict

my solictor is jose at fuster associates, he still tells me we will get our money back & our nightmare with huma will be over,so will be in contact again this week with him & see what happens  lets hope & prey because this is robbery at the end of the day (con man) its a europeon country as well dont make sense at all to me.
