Hi All

We would like to hear from anyone who has experience of bringing a UK car over to Spain.  We are non-residents and have heard that if the car is not used more than 6 months per year it can remain on UK plates with UK tax  - not sure about MOT situation?.

Any advice or experience would be welcome.

Hi All

Liz zie& Debs here (block 8).  Bit of an odd request really.  We are planning to be over for the Christmas holidays and now that we are proud owners of a second home in Spain, all our "new best friends" have invited themselves for New Year .  To cut a long story short, could anyone help us out with the loan of two dining chairs? (from 30th Dec to 3rd Jan).  

We look forward to saying hi and maybe sharing a Cava or two with our neighbours. let's hope the sun peeks out!.

Hi All

We completed in July and are on the whole delighted with the house.  However, our air con units are not getting cool, they merely seem to be moving the air around and not much else.  Has anyone else had problems?.  KM have been notified and we are told an engineer has been out!.
