Anybody got any news on this off plan development ?i hear grupo mirador is being sued for fraud? i have put a deposit of 35.000.00 euro down 5 years ago do we have to sue through our own lawyer? is there any chance of getting some money back?

Noticed that Palmera Properties are offering to deduct deposit put on Rosario Golf onto other completed developments? Has anybody taken up this offer? would like to know as am thinking of doing it.

I note Palmera is offering other property's on their website to transfer deposit on to
we paid 4 years ago 32.000.00 euro still waiting
What is going to happen?
Are the brothers who own Mirador Group  going to be sued ? if so what happens to the monies that have been paid by investors like me?
If Aifos are building then is there a chance Mirador will build also ?
