long term rentals are normally 11 months and then renew every 11 months.

We currently live in the area and are looking to move into this complex on a long term rental 11/12 month contract with extending at the end of that. 

Does anybody have anything they would be willing to rent out on this basis, 2 or 3 bed we are looking for
