We have not yet received our contract although I am sure it will be with us soon.

Will be visiting the site late this month and will give an update on our return.

does anyone have any infomation on the developers/builders - I understand they are Groupo Rudina?  I would be interested to know of any other deveolpments they have undertaken but I'm having no success in my searches.  Probably doesn't help as I don't speak or read Spanish, so any assistance would be very much appreciated!
