There is a community of owners set up, and has been for a while. And there is a property management company in La cala that is looking after a good chunk of the properties on there.

I live in Parcela 5 and happy to give you nay help as required.

has anyone got any idea on the current market value on Los Prados?

There is an agent selling on there at the moment form 130,000€ which is somewhat lower than we all paid?
