Has anyone looked into renting their apartment out? There are so many agencies out there it is difficult to know where to start. Has anyone had any experience with Polaris rentals?

We too have had an invitation to Birmingham Hyatt for this Friday. However, had a telephone call this morning saying the date has changed to the 25th April. If we are not in Spain at that time we will be going, and my husband is looking forward to some great VILLA talk with Paul and Jayne!!

Hi

We ordered our furniture for 1 of our apartments from Murcia furniture. They have a lot of packages which vary in price but the quality is pretty good. It is a good way of doing it if you want the convenience of them putting everything in for your arrival. However, we were surprised to find out that our furniture has already been installed without our knowledge! They were supposed to wait for us to contact them once the Utilities were on so that they could do a proper clean before everything went in. We only found out because I emailed them to ask if the furniture was in the Warehouse! Luckily, we have someone out there who was able to check everything was ok, which it was. Apparently with some companies you can be waiting for ages to get the stuff delivered.
