I`m more of a Robin Hood man myself due to years of frequenting the place , although T& J`s is high on my list also....not to mention the great chippy across the road , anyway i digress......
What made me buy at UGR ? To be honest we was first enlightened of this superb development by friends of ours , we saw all the stuff they got when they bought , you know , the CD , the brochures and really liked the place ...the clincher was the great value at UGR compared to other developments in the area plus the sheer quality of build and it really is great value for the money they are selling at.
We like the area , its a great central location for many many things and although no doubt we will see the area get more populated over the next 5 or 10 years , i loved the wide open spaces and great scenery around the site.
We bought around May 2006 and we have a Links in M16 , its on the 1st phase but will only be ready for July 08
