Hi Lee,
A lot of very low figures have been banded around and so you may struggle to get what you are asking for. If you have now sold this is great news I won't say too much (to put off potential buyers) but we renegotiated with the developer and got a nice discount through the courts.

We completed on our apartment on 26th October, just 1 month short of 7 years of putting down our deposit. We got back from Spain Friday with our keys and completion pack - we are very happy.
The ladies in the office didn't seem to have anything available for this price when we asked ??

Hi Ciaran,
I am not buying in your block, but can tell you I purchased 2 in block 1 November 2003. Under our gurantee we exercised our right to obtain our deposit back on 1 and keep the other for how ever long it took to complete. We should be completing Tuesday 26/10/10 nearly 7 years later. Not the 4 year build promised, but we were not in any rush.
