I have had several telephone conversations with a helpful English estate agency in Calasparra called Spanish Residence. I think they will be able to offer you a service picking you up at the airport or if they don't, I'm sure they will know someone who can.

We have bought an off-plan villa near Calasparra in Murcia which is due to be completed in April 2007. I noticed that prices for this development have not increased now the new phase is available off-plan. There seems to be conflicting reports on the web and in magazines about the property market in in-land Murcia. I read in one mag this month that they had dropped 3 per cent while another web-site said gains of 25 per cent can be expected in this boom area, especially when the new airport opens. What do you think?
