Hi All,

Nade and I spent the weekend in Murcia, went to see the show homes, great to see the land cleared and ready for building.

Not much has changed (as planned I think) and we were told that Trampolin are waiting for one last piece of paperwork, which is due in the next three weeks, before starting building.  I was also told they were not planning to build in the phases but will go for the whole site in one, at the same time as Trampoli Hills.

We're on Phase 2 and although I'm back there in June for a holiday was told I may have to come out earlier to finalise plot layout,etc

Hope the update helps, photos were not anything new so not worth posting....

Nadine & I are going over next week, so I'll post an update when we've been, If I can work it out hopefully some photos too.  I'm also planning a trip in June so will be able to see the progress (hopefully)

Thanks for the photo's it looks like some progreaa is being made,

We've paid our deposit (plot 166) and are waiting for our solicitors to confirm everything is ok with the contracts before we send our second payment

I've been on the Trampolin Hills forum (thanks to juliet 454 for showing me this forum) and read lots of info good and bad, and it seems this whole licence business is a regular thing, and that Trampolin appear to be managing it as well, or even better than other development companies.

We're not due out for a while but will post whatever update we get to try and help keep eveyone informed.

Looking forward to seeing all the updates

I couldn't find the other forun for Royal Dream but will have another go (not the most techy I'm afraid)

I'll keep adding updates as I get them, reading everyone's responces and mailing directly with someone who has just got there keys I'm feeling a lot more confident about parting with the next round of money (35K Euro)  It appears that this is/has been the norm in terms of noting having all of the licence paperwork ready, trampolin seem to be addressing this.

Without the licence I cant get a mortgage for the last part, but I'm confident that everything will be in place before the (well hopefull anyway)

Hi I've just put down stage 1 deposit and am due to put down stage 2 tomorrow, not done anything like this before and a little nervous to say the least, life savings going into a piece of land with a flag in it....

I've had a solicitor working for me on behalf of Royal Bank of Scotland (Gibralter) who will probably be my final morgagee.. It's all gone very slow, but I think I was expecting that.  Reading everyones comments has really helped as it dates back a couple of years so I can see the previous build has moved.

Trampolin dont have all the planning permission to build Royal Dream, they apparently have 3 out of 4, the last I'm told is endorsed, and this is all normal.  I'm told it should all be ok in one month but they still want the second round of deposit, does this sound familiar, any warm words...

Trampolin seem to have been very good so far as has my solicitor.
