Hello

Apartment The Green, Laguna Green.

Can anyone help please.  We have been told the habitation license has not yet been granted to the builder for phase 4.  Please can you let us know how long it took for the habitation license for the other phases to come through.  The solicitor has encorouged us to go ahead with the completion but we are not happy to proceed until the license has been granted.  Is anyone else out there in the same position.

Hi Lynn

We are purchasing no 17 The Fairway and we were told it would have a communal pool just for properties included in this phase.  We were also told the completion date had been extended to 15 Jan 2008. As this date has passed, W really do not know when completion is due.  MacAnthony are not keeping us informed.
