I think you will find that according to Spanish law; (you are buying in Spain remember), that you cannot make any claims for late completion; until 6 months AFTER the original completion date on your contract has passed. Best check that one with your Lawyer.

Any projection regarding completion dates comes from the developer. The agent you have purchased from just passes this information to you. They do not have any control over the construction programme. Don't shoot the messenger!

My daughter (age 20) will be staying with me for 8 weeks this summer; from 15th July; (currently studying performing arts in the UK). She is looking for some paid work whilst here (flexible with hours; but probably around 20 per week; daytime preferable but again flexible). We live in Alhaurin El Grande so around this area or Fuengirola. Experienced (supervisor) in bar; cafe and promotions work. Most things considered; ie; office; shop, cafe. Must be legal!
