Hi, we've just returned from furnishing our apartment a few weeks ago after completing in July. While I was there I saw at least few other people setting up also, so it seems things are moving forward if only very slowly.

I must say I'm very pleased with the apartment and after some minor decorating and cleaning I feel that it is now 1st class.

I purchased a property in Tenerife 7 years ago and have just sold it. When I first setup there the site was left in a similar shape to this one. However 2 years down the line it looked fantastic. These sites need time to mature and management comitees setup only then will the true potential of site be realised.

Angel de miraflores is a big development so if run correctly the Community fees should be low yet still have a large chest to draw from. With some TLC and imagination it will be a great holiday destination.
