Good to know that the street lights are up and running as from 24th January.

Yes, it would be good if more folk made postings on this site, but like me, they're probably fed up with all the inane and negative comments that seem to have become the norm.     Hopefully, once we all have our Habitation Certificates and owners have paid their debts, or at least start paying towards the running costs,  it can become a useful information site between us all.   I really hope so.

Thank you for that info CeeJay.     I find it hard to believe that a meeting took place nearly three weeks' ago and we haven't been emailed the details/minutes.     Is it that no one really believes these things will happen and don't see the point in circulating a lot of hot air?     As we've all said before there have been so many broken promises .......   Having always paid my dues even when my property has been rarely used, I feel I have a right to know what's going on.    And whilst on the subject of paying for utilities and community charges over the last few years, I hope those owners who haven't paid but who have used their properties,  are duly grateful to those of us who have paid and who have kept the whole site functioning.

Sorry, Vagabond, but you're wrong in saying that if the President or Vivendoo have our details we will be kept up to date.  They have my details but I have received nothing from them about this meeting.

Thanks for the info CeeJay.    I haven't received the Minutes for the meeting of the 25th October, although Vivendoo have all my details and I've always received emails from them on different issues.     The Minutes don't appear to be on their website anywhere, nor on the El Pinet site.   Any chance of posting brief details or the Minutes themselves if you have a copy?

It's good to see some activity on the forum and to know at least some owners' thoughts on the situation re new Administrators, own meters, etc.     Just to add my two pennyworth ...    I agree Vivendoo seem on the ball so far and I can understand why it will take them a while to sort out the finances.    In the meantime, I have transferred my 141.60 euros to the appropriate community bank account although I gather that unless all the owners do this they can't go ahead with the meters, so I guess there's a strong possibility it won't proceed.   If that's the case, then at least this is a credit on the accounts of those who've paid.    It's a bit annoying to be paying 1.50 euros for each transfer I make when Direct Debits are free but I'm not happy to provide my bank account number just yet.   Once things are sorted I will do so and pay for community fees this way.     As far as I can see, nothing has been mentioned yet about how much we are paying Vivendoo and who's actually paying for the water and electricity.    Is there generally enough received from community charges to cover these or are SJ contributing?     Does anyone know?
