Hi,

Have you had any feedback regarding delays from the agent or developer via your solicitor?

I am aware there is a dispute between agent and developer I believe some of the issues include

discrepancies with regards to original deposits paid, i

issues with the contract and developer not ever having signed them or fully in agreement with the content,your lawyer should be able to advise of this (I beleive this is only a problem only if you are wanting to cancel contact). 

Also some issues surrounding the change in use of the grounds surrounding the development.
