Hi all, I am considering purchasing a property on the La Canada Urb. It looks very nice, however, I have been doing my research and have heard several rumors regarding the finishing off of the development, high community fees, no proper access road, the President's spouse having physical fights with neighbours and the Builder being un-cooperative.

Can anyone shed any light on any of these before I step up my interest ?
