I think you'll find paper licenses became redundant about a month ago and now only a photocard license is accepted.

Was at the apartment this week. Internet was so slow as to be almost non-existent. Then re-booted modem and, hey presto, good service resumed. If you haven't re-booted modem since the change to the new provider and your internet speed is slow, try it.

I was able to buy gluten free flour and biscuits in the Spar on site so maybe they have other gluten free products

We should bear in mind that if the complex starts to look tatty because proper painting is not done, it will have an adverse effect on property values. I would be in favour of the extra charge if it means the complex looks fresh,inviting and attractive to potential purchasers.
