Just wondering.....

If we as Roda owners pay 10 euros, how much do others (ie non-owners) pay??

I would be very interested to find this out.

I have found the beachclub to be over rated and couldnt be bothered to drive all the way there anymore and be charged to get in.

Hi all

We returned from Roda last week.  While we were there my oldest daughter had a severe ear infection.  We visited the pharmacy first who gave her ear drops which didnt work.  We then took her to the private clinic where the doctor prescribed her an antibiotic and ear drops.

In our party there were 4 children and only 1 caught the infection.  They were all in the pool at the same times and doing the same things.

I am certainly not a medical expert but this condition may be "swimmers/divers ear" which is a result of the ear not being dried properly or trapped water and obviously this can become a breeding ground for bacteria.

I certainly saw the pool being tested on countless occasions.  We are on Phase 1.

Hopefully this is a coincidence as we are out again in August and don't want this to upset our holiday.

I too, am totally disgusted by this decision.  Why should we, the people who pay their fees, be penalised by paying extra for those non-payers??

If we do have to pay extra (which I don't think we will be willing to do), do we get our money back with interest?  It makes me sick to the back teeth, especially when I had so much trouble with the tenant above me.  The owner didn't pay his fees so in effect I would be paying extra to allow harassment from a non payer/tenant.  Doesn't make much sense.

What if we can't afford to pay extra??

Well said Don

A very good posting.  People need to know the true facts.  I would however not just take into account the damage your property may receive.  Please also take into account your neighbours who would have to endure noise, smell and criminal behaviour.  Believe me, it is not a good experience!

Keep up the great work Hughman.  Some of us really appreciate your advice and the input you have in this forum

Sandra, I know you don't take it personally even though sometimes it can be very difficult.  Your input has always been a great help.
