The developer at Marinador has called for completion of my property purchase on the 29/3/2007. As I cannot afford a  mortgage to do this I am likely to loose the 58,000 euros I paid as a deposit. I am about to put the contract up for sale with an agent and wondered if aqnyone has any advice on how much I should sell the contract for. I know I have to take account of my legal fees but will anybody want to buy? How low should I market it for? The apartment is a 2-bed 2nd line in Azahar 2 building. The purchase price is 204,911 and I have paid 20% deposit
