I still think you should visit the ML office and speak to the manager. I'm sure he will priovide you with answers. I delete old items once the AGM's are  done with. Some of this stuff has a history going back a couple of years

I haven't looked at the CDA webpage lately, maintained by ML, but it has a "document" section were they post items. You need to access the Owners tab and register from there to get access.

Why not refer to previous newsletters, accounts and meeting minutes ? You will  find the answers to all of what you need, otherwise vist the ML office. They are very helpfull and will help you in English ! No need to use the worlds worst translater.

I have used a CaxtonFX (Visa) card for several years and had no problems. I use it as my prime card and have used it here, Dubai, Oz and South Africa and UK. It's easy to top-up as you preregister an account for top-up purposes which can you do online or through their mobile app. If you get a Sterling card remember to make sure they(merchants) charge in Euro otherwise they will apply their own exchange rate which will be very poor! If you get a Euro card, then no problem.

beware scammers. they have auto response software that returns a result which closely matches what you're searching for - search for a 4 bed apartment at Condado and there will be a reponse offering just that. When you email them, you will be told the offer needs to be snapped up as they cannot cope with the demand - deposit/full payment in cash needed and of course you must use Moneygram. Might be a good idea to stick with one of the known local agents.

If you are looking at Shade Sails then try Garden Furniture Spain, just Google them. Their material is triple the quality(weight) of what I have seen locally. Sails are sent from the UK. It's a DIY job unless you get a handyman to install it for you. Not a difficult job though, just a killer in the heat.
