Hi Jean,

We paid our deposit back in May 2003 and hope to complete in February 2007. I hope the long wait will be worth it. Our apartment is in Pebble Beach and I will want to attend the first meeting as I think it is very important that we have a say, however small, in the running of the complex. You don't think that because we have not completed that we will not be able to attend do you?

Do you know where it will be held and at what time?

I would also like to thank you for all the helpful information you have been posting, it has been a great help and I look forward to meeting you on the 15th.

We think that is a great idea. We are looking forward to spending many a long hour by the pool bar. Do you know if or who will be running the bar?

Helo everybody my name is David King and my family and I have purchased an apartment in Pebble Beach.

We are very keen to move in, but we are a little concerned regarding the communal areas being fit for purpose and the lifts not working. We hope to meet our new neighbours soon.
