Hi all just joined this on behalf of my dad who originally purchased a development June 04 through Parador. He is 75 and wanted somewhere to spend 3 months of the year or so in. He pulled out over 12 months ago and has after a long wrangle received first staged payment back via bank gaurantee. He has still 2 further staged payments outstanding which he seems no nearer getting back despite giving power of attorney to Fuster Associates Solicitors in Vera. He has no internet access or e mail so is constantly making phone calls and getting nowhere

Can anyone suggest or recommend through experience the way forward from here?????

Obviously at his age he couldn't afford to sit it out having waited over 2 years for nothing and I am obviously concerned for him cheers in advance.
