Hi

We are having to bring a final crate of furniture across to La Tercia when we come out for the launch weekend in October, hoping to travel on the Wednesday or Thursday beforehand. I was wondering if anyone knows of a reliable transport service that can help us. I thought I saw something on EOS a while ago about owners organising their own little removal business but do you think I can find it now. We will be coming from Cardiff, South Wales.

Hi Dave

I was wondering if you could help us. We completed on the purchase of the penthouse near you in May and were due to come over on the 21st (next Monday) to take delivery of our furniture and sort everything out. We have now this morning received calls from UGR to advise the water/electricity supplies have not yet been connected, the site is no where near complete, our snagging list is not done, and this is just a few things going wrong at the eleventh hour. We have already booked flights etc and still need to get over there to see what's going on for ourselves. We were wondering therefore if you had a vacancy at your apartment from 21st to 28th July for us to rent.

Hi

We completed on  our Tee building appartment in May and are due to come out again on the 21st July to take delivery of our furniture, as well as soak up some sun of course. One of the last things we need to sort is the fitting of shower screens in the two bathrooms. Does anyone know anyone who can help.

Hiya

We took ownership of our tee builing penthouse in phase one on the 22nd May, yippee! It's fantastic and the site is really taking shape. We are going out again at the end of July to take delivery of our furniture.

Our problem is that we have purchased lights for the appartment but do not know any electricians in Spain who could instal them for us at a reasonable cost. Does anyone know anyone please?

Also, we may need someone who lives local to manage/clean the property for us in between friends and us going out. We probably won't need all year round. Again, does anyone know anyone please?
