It varies according to the size of your apartment and the fase.  In my fase, Zeniamar 6, the largest properties pay a little more than E 200 per half year.  This may be a little on the short side - especially the pool takes a bit of upkeep.

Good luck with your purchase  -   Zeniamar is a faboulous place.

I have just returned from 3 weeks at Zeniamar, and have uploaded a few pictures of the status for the building at Z10 (and one from my own terrace at Z6).   The people at the TM office informed me that they have put fase 11 on hold for the time being, and  nobody has yet started to move into the commercial center.

The surroundings are really improving, either the builders or the municipality has done a lot of work in the areas around Z.

Zeniamar 6 got almost a totally new board at the general assembly,  the board is now dominated by Norwegians.   There is a new info page for the fase :  http.www.zeniamar.info

Hi there  -  We have owned a duplex on Zeniamar 6 since Dec 04.   The developement is very nice - but it has had its share of break ins and oportunity theft - however it is of importance to take special care at the time of moving in - as there obviously has been people following this activity and using whatever oportunity arises.

Just back from a (very cold) week - and have postet 3 photos taken last week,  one from fase 10 and the two others from the play\tennis\ball area that has been made up very nicely over the last few weeks.

The commercial Center is finished - but noboby has moved in or starting on the interior yet -  so the easter deadlinge predicted may be a bit short.

I have just been down -  they have just started moving into fase 8 now.   The commercial center is coming along fine - they are in the prosess of building the underground garages at the moment (march 07). 

I dont know what n6skp means by total mess on fase 5.  It looks just fine except some work going on in the stairs leading out of the fase towards the roundabout.
