I have today heard back from my Lawyer that after many calls to AIFOS they refuse to answer so we then went direct to the Sabadell group as i have a bank guarantee that costs me €195.

Sabadell sent to their legal team who have come back and said that they will not pay me any monies back and that AIFOS are not in breech of contract as is states delivery date as per contract uncertain !!    

it also says that they will deliver the property 20 months from the start of construction !  well it is almost 30 months so i have told the lawyer to represent the case.

What use is a bank guarentee if its not worth the paper its written on !!!

I lived and worked in Spain for 5 years and nothing amazes me.   it is full of corruption !!

one very angry person !!!
