I have read a few threads on here and as it sounds like a good community I thought id see if anyone can help.

Im looking to purchase a property but was after some advice from peeople who are there.

Does anyone know what sort of prices you should be paying for probably a 2 bed.

Is there anything / anywhere I should avoid? 

How much does golf cost

What are the ongoing costs p/month, ie management, utility.

Im looking to purchase for personal use only so are there any better blocks to be in?
