If anyone completing is looking to rent an apartment whilst they do so, ours is available on R5.  We have had a number of people stay in it whilst they wade through the thoroughly hard work of completing and furnishing and it is nice to close the door at night and retreat to hot shower and clean apartment.

Not sure if my pm worked.  We had our TV fitted by Daz and he did a brilliant job.  It cost 560 euros for 20 channels.  There is no monthly fee.

At first buying with parador we felt confident in the company as a whole , but nearly two years on and we have noticed the cracks to appear , the after service is disappointing and even though it was not at the time a "hardsell" we realise that the rep didnt half give us some old tosh about the estate agents taking our apartment of our hands and gauranteeing us twenty weeks per annum rental at an agreed price blah blah blah , ** EDITED ** - Conflicting terms or use
