The commercial centre in low crispin is to be demolished including the la bodeguete bar,.too make way for apartments. the builders of the commercial centre have applied for permition. to demolish the building. the residence of lo crispin should have a say in this matter. if they pull it down there will be only one bar in lo crispin. And that would consist of a long walk for the residence who live at the entrance to lo crispin. I dont mind them demolishing some of it but please leave the la bodeguete bar and build around it with a few apartments and shops, if it is all going to be apartsments they`ll be nothing in the community to atract tourists or pertential buyers of the apartments, because they will be nothing there the nearest town would be cuidad qusada which is a 5 minute drive away. which would lead to yes you`ve guest it DRINK DRIVING!!! I would like to here other residece thoughts on this matter.
