Hi all, does anyone know if the new clubhouse has been in it's current state for a long time? Are the owners just telling evryone that it will be finished "oin one year" to help get sales of plots? I have been reading some golf course reviews and a number of people comment that he clubhouse has not moved on any further for years! I am keen to know if they have real intention to begin finishing it.

hi astra, just come back from la finca, apparently it has been approved by the council that they can install a security barrier at the main entrance, Not sure when it will happen but it is "in the pipeline"
