This is the first I have heard about HUMA going bust. Does anyone have any information on this.

If they have I am not surprised but damn annoyed.

As far as I can remember it was Indalo that took over Tabernas. I have contacted Homes from Hell but all I received was a generated reply saying they had had lots of interest and would get back to me as soon as they could.

Not holding my breath there then.

What I do have is an e-mail from my solicitor in 2005 saying that they had checked and all building permissions for ACC were in order.

I would like to know if any other solicitor would take them on for that duff information.

Has anyone been in touch with 'Homes from Hell' on ITV yet. People on there have experienced the same 'difficulties' we have had over the years.

If no one objects or it hasn't been tried before I am willing to give it a go.

We have had a court hearing in our favour since May 2010 and still nothing.!!!

We must let  Huma know we are not giving up.

we were offerred one of these apartments and I thought the €55K we had paid them would be about right for the apartment.  They couldn't understand that they wanted a further €75K - They didn't see the funny side when I said I would have one for the money I have already paid but nothing else.

No sense of humour these agents..........
