Hi all just spoken to some friends of ours who used the place over the weekend, the pool by the entrance has been cleaned up, and our spanish neighbour tried to tell them of a community meeting, which they witnessed by the far outside pool

Hi all we completed back in June and have been out a couple of times so far. We asked the developers on our last visit why the indoor pool wasn't open and from my limited spanish I understood that not enough properties have been sold to form a viable residents community, we are not paying a charge yet, nor are we paying for our electricity. There is a restaurant - Geminis in the village, great food, huge portions couldn't finish my starter yet alone my steak. There is also another bar/restaurant about 500m the other side of the village - just drive straight through and it is on your right, good food, very friendly and excellent value. My spanish is very embryonic but everyone seems friendly.

My solicitor contacted me today stating that the build is complete and that the licence of first occupation has been applied for. We visited the property in Feb and it all seemed well advanced then
