I never bought at Santa Ana when I went out, the only reason being that for us, it was a bit far out(well actually for my husband). It's in a stunning location though .
I went out with a company called Cloud nine. The lady who we dealt with was called Sue and her husband Terry. It was an extremely positive experience with no hard sell or pressure at all, they chat to you on the phone in uk and ask about what your after in a property and then when you go out will have an itinery for you..they will also take you to see any other developments you want. It cost us £79 for two nights and we were put up in the intercotinental Mar menor, they covered all our expenses. Since returning they have kept in regular contact updating us on any progress on the development we bought at... Sue recommended an independant solicitor and also currency company which have given great rates with no additional charges that most have.
