Does anyone out there have any information or contacts who can shed any light on the situation which is obviously causing hardship and grief to what can only be described as victims?

Having purchased an apartment (?) via Palmera, Grupo Miradar ages ago on the Valle del Rosario site can anyone help on a brief Synopsis of the situation ?

Obviously there are a lot of questions and queries and if someone could point me in the right direction I would be most grateful.
