Hi all.

I thought it would be worth asking again that if any of you come across anyone who would be willing to take our apartment off our hands for a VERY good price, then please get in touch.  My private email address is karenshafron@aol.com.  We are very upset at being put into this position but sadly my mother in law has the onset of Alzheimers and this means that financially and practically, we are no longer able to entertain having an apartment abroad, at least for the forseeable future.  We have read that the prices have gone up so maybe our reduced price will look even more attractive.  If anyone needs any further information, please contact me.  I hope that all the teething problems get sorted out but it seems that those of you who have spent time there, have nevertheless enjoyed yourselves.  For your info, the apartment is in Block 6 and is a 2 bed S/W facing ground floor.

Dear All

Please, if any of you know of anyone at all who would be interested in buying our apartment 3-6-G which is a south-west facing ground floor 2 bed at a good price (a lot less than the developer), please contact me at karenshafron@aol.com. My mother-in-law has developed the onset of dementia and she is not covered for the medication on the NHS and we are having to pay privately for it.  On top of which, because of her condition, it will no longer be possible to spend the time in Spain that we had planned.  We have a 116,000 euro deposit on the property and are yet to complete.  We are willing to drop the original price considerably.  Hope to hear from someone with good news soon!

We also have bought an apartment at La Hacienda and I agree that it is beginning to look lovely.  However, if any of you out there know of someone who would like to buy our ground floor s/w facing 2 bed, please contact me.  My life has changed somewhat since I first entered into the purchase and this apartment does not bode well for me at the moment.
