I don't know if it's because most people have now completed and are enjoying their properties too much to post on the sites.  I know I used to check all the DH2 forums etc everyday before I completed at the beginning of June and am now lucky if I sign in once a week.  Hopefully people will continue to post about anything interesting or relevant to try and keep the community spirit going.

We've yet to complete (hopefully soon) but are planning on using Crystal Security.  I think a few people have already used them and when we were over in October we met the guy as his wife is a keyholder for a few of the properties on DHll.  They have a website www.crystalsecurity.es.  Good luck with completion you lucky people.

Hi All

Thought it was all going too smoothly.  Advised on Friday afternoon that we will not be able to complete on 5 February as "La Obra Nueva" is still outstanding (believe this is document that registers property with Land Registry so apt doesn't exist until this is available).  Our lender, solicitor and agents will not allow us to proceed any further so really disappointed as we had our flights booked to come out then.  No-one can tell us how long this will take and we just have to play the waiting game.  Hope it's available for beginning of April as we have booked flights for whole family to come out and don't want to write off the cost of those flights as well.  I suppose that gives me more time to save for all the cleaning materials I'll need as the place continues to gather dust.

We are in R1 and are going out to complete on 5 February.  Property was passed for completion mid-December.  Will let you know how things go and how the rest of R1 is looking.
