Hi All

I like many of the UK owners bought as an investment - one that has now sat empty for nearly 2 years - I am travelling out to Spa Valley next week so I will take some pictures and upload them.  My flat is now fully furnished and available for rental - I am speaking to a local company registered with the UK Estate Agents federation as I like others dont have confidence in the 'group rental and share' scheme that Oasis sent me.

Has anyone successfully rented out their apartment?

On the language - I think a high proportion of the owners (not residents) are english and I do believe its not an unreasonable request to have a translator - suggest that multiple requests are made to Francesco.  Also I am concerned about the large number of 'non-payers' for the community charge - this will in turn drive up costs for those who have paid!

Will let you all know how the trip goes - Fernando - I am apartment 140 (corner ground floor) - I look fwd to meeting you!
