Hi

I have recently paid a deposit on on appartment in Mimosa Beach Gardens in Puerto Banus only to be told that the authorities have closed the site down due to licencing problems.  Does anyone know or know how to find out more information on the development or the developer (Haviland).  Any help would be appreciated.
