I used Parador and also the solicitor they recommended which was Domus, no problems at all. Their after sales service was poor and if I were to do it again I wouldn't bother with it. When I had problems trying to get the builders to act on the snag list  someone gave me the email address of whom I presume is head of aftersales. I emailed him direct and he acted on it straight away and within days the builders were there. Yet I had been trying for months and they just ignored me. If it's of use to anyone here it is

I used Parador too a year ago and had no problems at all. I also used their after sale service which was quite useful but expensive and not really value for money. They even got involved when I asked them to in problems that arose with the apartment months later, getting on to the builder on my behalf to put the problems right. In fact my purchase was quite straight forward and I would use Parador again.

My area is La Herrada Los Montesinos near Torrevieja. Not had any success yet in renting but perhaps next year it may take off more. Reluctant to put it with a letting agency as I can see it will be just one amongst hundreds

Before I bought my property I was told that it would be easy to rent it out. But despite placing ads in several places I have yet to rent it out. I guess supply is greater than demand! I would welcome any suggestions.
