Hi,

We are new to the site and have read all the messages with interest. We are purchasing an apartment which we reserved 18 months ago so it’s nice to see things really taking shape. We have not been out for over 12 months but will be going out at the end of October. Would like to see your latest photos ferryman so can you post them please.

Our Lawyer has had the Bank Guarantee but said it was wrong as it did not include the VAT  - she was trying to resolve this as she said it should by law. We had also been given a completion date of Sept 08 so April is a bit of a surprise - we will speak to the Developer when we go over in October to get the latest news and also get some pictures of the apartments - does anyone have any up to date pictures of the show house / apartment ?
