Hi All,

A friend of mine is looking to buy an apartment at Mojon Hills. She is planning to rent it out when she's not there herself.

Can anyone advise about how easy it is to rent on this development please? And what sort of weekly rental rates can be achieved?

From what we've heard, the development is very good - does eveyone agree with this? Are there any drawbacks?
