We had verbal communication stating that the release of the remaining blocks of phase 1 would be undertaken by end of March - the Council 'has or will' release the licence, and this is not necessarily dependent on the full completion of 'the road' ??

Can anyone confirm or otherwise

We bought on Block 10 in Oct 2003 so it been a long time coming.

Hello - I have been reading the message board for sometime now - as it is the only consistent form of communciation. I bought on phase 1 in 2003 and been waiting ever since. I have never felt the need to reply, until this link suggested a further 12 month delay - ours is in block 10 !!

We therefore rang the spanish solicitor on Fiday morning to find out the latest - she took the call and was very clear and concise on the latest - no mention of part habitation licence for phase 1 - in fact she still believes that licence in sept /  oct with completion on all phase 1.

I know you have all heard it before - but this particular thread is 'pretty dire' for half those concerned so I thought I would chip in - can anyone offer definitive information to the contrary ??
