I have been a (quiet) member of this forum since we nearly bought in Coto Real 12 months ago.

Now that I am retired we would like to spend a month in an apartment in Coto Real to see how we actually like living there, particularly during the UK winter.

Would any forum member like to rent out their apartment to us for 4 weeks from early Feb?

If so, could you send me a PM with details, price etc.

We have just been offered Milos 322 by Ros y Falcon for €241K. We were over in October and are familair with the development but have since misplaced the site brochure etc.

Questions

1. Can someone remind me which block is Milos and does it have the 'best' views?

2. Is €241K a 'good' price now?

We are looking to buy in the area (we nearly bought in Coto Real a couple of weeks ago) and would like to rent an apartment as a base.

There are only 2 of us in the party.

Does anyone know anything worth sharing on Dona Julia developments. We are now being offered a 2 bed 2 bath corner unit for €340K. Not sure which development yet - pictures and details will be emailed to us shortly.

The message forums (fora?)  for Dona Julia developments are very 'thin' - nothing like this Coto Real board.
