Earlier this year we contracted to buy a second floor apartment in the central section  of The Green (that is above the proposed commercial units) with a completion date of March 2008.

In response to two emails to Golf Invest to check on building progress we have had one holding reply giving no information. We have now had notification from Medsea Estates who introduced us to the Developement that completion has been delayed until October 2008.

We are still trying to obtain further information from Medsea, Golf Invest and the Builder.

Has anyone any knowledge of the delay.
