We cancelled in Oct 06 when our apartment was still not complete, it was due May 06.
We are now waiting for court case but have been told we do not have a strong case even though we only want our deposit back.
I have also been told any promises etc. resale/profits etc. are not valid arguments.
Any comments would be appreciated
