Taray should give you a map of the Urbanisation which will show the streets and there names and locations on the estate. If you have that there should be no problems.

If you want to get your Padron, which is similar as the voters roll in England, you can get one without a habitation certificate.

If you speak to Taray they will give you a letter confirming you own the property and are living here. Take that along with your passport and photocopies, your nie number and your deeds to Torre Pacheco Town Hall and they will then process your padron. It normally takes a few days but once you have it you can apply for residencia which will give you a lot more benefits. including better banking rates.

I have just seen a new mortgage company on the industrial estate off the c-3319 called Murcia Mortgages. Looks like they have just opened up, so could be some bargains to be had...
