I have received what looks like an invoice to pay from Patronato de Recaudacion Provincial for 451.14 Euros. It states "Por la presente se le comunica, para su conocimiento, la liquidacion que ha sido noificada al sujeto pasivo dle Impuesto Sobre el Incremento de Valor de los Terrenos de naturaleza Urbana".

Has anyone got any idea what this is for, is is a one off or annual payment? It states the date the property was transferred from Ros Y Falcon i.e Fecha Devengo 2006-06-15

We have installed secuirity locks on the windows but not sure how effective these are. From experience in the UK the most effective approach to reduce crime is CCTV. Maybe strategically placed cameras around the complex would help. Is it   worth asking AEA to get some quotes, maybe the cost divided by 600 apartments would be more cost effective than indivuiduals installing their own alrm systems,  be more effective in fighting crime and provide better security. This could be proposed to the community. The screens could be installed in the security lodge. Just a thought, CCTV is realtively cheap these days. There is a downside, human rights and all that.

It's not just the pools, what about the number of tennis courts. Is there going to be more than just the one court ? Not many for 700 units.
