Hi

I am coming out this week 23rd-27th to see what is going on and to sort out our mortgage, the Halifax are really dragging their heels re the mortgage application claiming it is due to the current climate - has anyone had this experience?

We are looking to do our snagging prior to completion as we understand some people have waited many months to get the snagging completed.

We are looking to use the apartment ourselves and rent anyone got any advise on good furniture packages?

If anyone is living or staying on site this week I would love to hear from you to meet up with you later this week, we are in block 19- 1/2.
